10+ years making learning actually work

I started my career working inside large corporations — building learning programmes close to the business, seeing what moved people and what didn't.

Over time I moved into independent practice. My clients have included MegaFon, Evraz, and CloudFactory — each project different, but the same question at the centre: not just what was learned, but what actually changed.

That shift in focus — from content delivery to measurable behaviour change — is now at the core of everything I design.
