About me
I started my career working inside large corporations — building learning programmes close to the business, seeing what moved people and what didn't.
Over time I moved into independent practice. My clients have included MegaFon, Evraz, and CloudFactory — each project different, but the same question at the centre: not just what was learned, but what actually changed.
That shift in focus — from content delivery to measurable behaviour change — is now at the core of everything I design.
Based in Amsterdam, I work with European companies and international teams who want learning that shows results.

Designed and delivered learning programs for a B2B sales team of 200+ employees — 100% of learning requests fulfilled. Developed "B2B Negotiations" and "Strategic B2B Sales" programs from scratch, facilitated strategic sessions with 120+ participants, and designed business simulations including a Kanban game and LEGO-based team building.

Designed and delivered learning programs for the internal L&D team of a large enterprise. Led a 6-month development program for 100+ L&D professionals, ran 2 learning marathons for trainers and methodologists, organised an internal conference, and selected and implemented a corporate course builder tool.

Designed and launched an internal Analyst School — a 6-month programme with further hiring of top graduates into the company. Conducted needs analysis, selected and configured an LMS, developed 30 lessons from scratch including scripts, presentations, and video recordings with experts, then launched the first cohort with full QA.
